Pre-appointment details
To ensure the best service, please finalize all event details before our consultation. Be prepared to discuss your vision, specific requests, and any necessary access or setup information for your venue.
Cancellation policies
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
Payment policies
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
